Using dragondirect Internet Banking

To use Internet banking, simply:

  1. Click on "Logon" in the Online Services box in upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  2. The screen below will appear. You will need to enter your Customer Access Number followed by your Security Number, and your Internet Password, then click on "Logon"
    Note: If this is the first time you have logged on to Internet banking, your Internet Password is your Last Name. For security reasons you will be prompted to change this once you click "Logon".
    • If you have lost your login information or forgotten your password, call 1300 555 203, 8am to 9pm (EST) 7 days and follow the voice prompts.

  3. Your Internet banking information will be displayed.

  5. 4. To find out details of a particular account, click on the “relevant account name“
    To transfer funds, click on "transfers and payments" from the menu on the left hand side. The following screen will appear:
